Add Java live tests up to list of atomic values (#663)

We adapted the live tests for ``constrained_primitives``,
``deep_class_hierarchy`` and ``list_of_classes`` to Java. We leave out
``list_of_enums``, ``list_of_primitives`` and
``list_of_constrained_primitives`` for now, as the Java generator does
not support them yet.

Running the live test for ``constrained_primitives`` revealed that the
invariant transpiler did not know how to compute ``len(...)`` on a
constrained primitive backed by ``bytearray``, such as
``NonEmptyBytes``.

The live tests for ``deep_class_hierarchy`` and ``list_of_classes``
required no changes.

3 of 4 new or added lines in 1 file covered. (75.0%)
