docs(act): one store belongs to one application (#1590)

Two Acts built from different registries over one store silently lose
reactions: correlation keeps one shared read cursor, and a correlator key
with no row of its own is seeded from it, so the second application resumes
where the first had read to and never correlates what lies below.

Documented rather than detected. The signal that would reveal it — a key
sitting behind the shared cursor — is also what a healthy single application
looks like after any explicit correlate(), which is unleased and advances
only the shared cursor. An automatic advisory would fire on ordinary
restarts, which is worse than the hazard it warns about.

The registry-derived correlator key separates leases; it does not make the
topology supported. Says so where someone reasoning about it will read it.
