feat!: sync SDK with latest OpenAPI spec, add favorites & rates (#393)

Syncs the SDK with the latest Clockodo OpenAPI spec: adds the Favorite
(`/v2/favorites`) and Rate (`/v4/rates`) resources with full CRUD plus
`startFavorite`, `setDefaultRate` and `sortRate`, including models,
types, README docs, unit tests, and integration smoke tests. Performs a
field-level audit of existing models against the spec, fixing field
drift and nullability across userReport, entry, project/subproject,
team, company, user and more, and adds `enhanced_list` support to
`getEntries`.

BREAKING CHANGE: removes the internal surchargeModels CRUD and
`splitAllEntriesAtMidnight` endpoints, removes the `AggregatesUsersMe`
types, changes `EntriesText` to `{ id, label, value }` and
`EntryGroup.restrictions` to an object union.

Also introduces `Billability.NotAvailable` (-1) and
`Billability.BillableOrBilled` (12) with a `BillabilityFilter` type for
the entries filters, updates the CSV backup parser for the new values,
and deduplicates the budget notification thresholds into a shared
`BudgetNotificationThreshold` type.
