chore: remove generated mandelbrot images, and ignore artifacts more broadly (#1334) (#1437)

mandelbrot_double.ppm and mandelbrot_efloat.ppm -- 19 KB each -- landed in #1435. They are
written by an efloat demo into its working directory, and my verification sweep ran that
demo from the repo root, so `git add -A` took them.

Third time in this epic. The first was an empty all.tsv, caught before it was pushed; the
second was three table dumps that reached main and were removed in #1432. That fix added
the specific .txt names, which did nothing for a .ppm -- so this commit ignores the
artifact classes rather than the individual filenames.

The durable fix is not .gitignore at all: it is running tests from a scratch directory
instead of the repo root, which is the habit that produced all three.

No tracked .ppm existed before this, so the new pattern hides nothing that belongs in the
tree.
