feat(utilities): flow-root/contents display, intrinsic sizing, text-wrap, shadow-xl, font-body, user-select-text, underline-thickness (#970)

* feat(utilities): flow-root/contents display, intrinsic sizing, text-wrap, shadow-xl, font-body, user-select-text, underline-thickness

- display gains contents and flow-root values (responsive + print like
  the rest of the enum).
- Width and height gain min/max/fit (min-content/max-content/
  fit-content).
- New text-wrap entry emits .text-balance and .text-pretty; the legacy
  .text-wrap/.text-nowrap stay on white-space untouched.
- $shadows gains an xl step (0 1.5rem 4rem at 20% strength), so
  .shadow-xl and .shadow-xl-hover extend the ladder past lg.
- .font-body returns a selection to the body font stack.
- .user-select-text forces selectability under a user-select-none
  ancestor.
- .underline-thickness-{1..5} (+ hover variants) set
  text-decoration-thickness in px on links or any underlined text.

Each addition is documented on its per-property page; the API tables
update through the existing scss-docs captures.

* chore: raise CSS budgets for the utilities parity batch

coreui.css 66.5->67 kB and coreui.min.css 61.5->62 kB carry the new
utility classes (intrinsic sizing, text-wrap, underline-thickness,
display values); coreui-reboot 5.75->6 / 5.35->5.5 kB carries the
--cui-box-shadow-xl token the new $shadows step emits on :root.
