feat(scss): the type scale grows 5xl and 6xl display stops (#962)

$font-size-5xl (clamp to 3rem) and $font-size-6xl (clamp to 3.5rem)
continue the scale's fluid progression above the headings — min +.05rem,
slope +.6vw, max +.5rem per stop, which lands them numerically level
with .display-5 and .display-4. The $font-sizes map entries give them
:root tokens and .fs-*/.text-* utilities for free; every heading keeps
its stop and its size. Documented on the font-size utilities page and
typography; the migration entry's key list carries the full scale.
