feat(dialog,drawer): one tokenized transition covers both directions (#958)

--cui-dialog-transition-property (opacity, transform, visibility) and
--cui-drawer-transition-property (transform, visibility) replace the two
hand-written lists per component. The visibility-with-delay trick is
gone: visibility sits in the property list at full duration and its
step interpolation does the same job — it flips visible at once on
entry and only after the animation on exit — so the [open] state no
longer restates the transition. Both dialog and drawer unit suites pass
(122 specs, including the exit choreography).
