docs: document the accessibility options that already work (#914)

A sweep over every `aria*` key in the components' `Default` objects, checked
against the Options table of the page that documents each one: 28 were
documented, 11 were not, and all 11 work.

- Multi Select `ariaIndicatorLabel`, Rating `ariaLabel`, Range Slider
  `ariaLabels` — one row each.
- Time Picker and Date and Time Picker gain the four labels of the selects in
  the panel. Those live on an internal primitive, reach both components through
  the shell's config forwarding, and were reachable only by reading the source.

Range Slider's row carries the reason it matters: handles are indistinguishable
to a screen reader, so a slider with more than one wants names, and a shorter
array leaves the rest unnamed rather than erroring.

Verified on the built bundle rather than by reading — opening a time picker
with `ariaSelectHoursLabel` set renders it alongside the three defaults.
