* docs(utilities): declare each page's utility family for the class reference

Every utility page gains a `utility:` frontmatter entry, which the engine turns
into a generated Class/Styles table under the ads — 961 rows across 45 pages,
read from the compiled stylesheet rather than written by hand.

The prefixes are per page rather than per Sass key, because a page often
documents several: link covers `link-opacity`, `link-offset` and
`link-underline`; width covers `w`, `mw`, `vw` and the viewport variants.

`utilities/api` gets none — it documents the API that generates the families,
not a family.

* docs(utilities): narrow the seven pages whose prefix caught other families

`text`, `align` and `border` are each shared by several utility families, so a
bare prefix pulled in classes the page does not document — `text-alignment` and
`text-transform` listed colours and nothing else, and border/border-color were
identical to each other.

Each now names the property its family sets. The counts tell the story:
font-size 66 rows to 22, colors 56 to 39, border 99 to 32, border-color 99 to 23,
vertical-align 108 to 6, and the two text pages 56 to 3.
