fix(Collapse): animate the find-in-page reveal, and name the animated property in a token (#837)

The three collapse transition variables were declared on `.collapsing` only.
Find-in-page reveals a `data-coreui-hidden-until-found` area without that class
ever being applied, so `transition-duration` and `-property` resolved to nothing
and fell back to their initial values: measured in Chromium, the panel went from
`0s` / `all` to `0.35s` / `height, content-visibility`. It appeared at full
height in a single frame instead of opening. Declared on `.collapse` as well.

`--cui-transition-collapse-property` and `$transition-collapse-property` are new.
`.collapse-horizontal` and the findable option override that one variable now,
where each previously restated the whole `transition`; adding a property to a
collapse animation is a single declaration instead of a rewritten rule.
