fix(Layout): logical properties on the container, and two smaller cleanups (#822)

`make-container()` wrote the gutter and the centring as four physical
declarations. They collapse to `padding-inline` and `margin-inline`, which is
the same output in horizontal writing and the correct axis in vertical, where
the gutter was landing across the block direction.

`breakpoint-next()` interpolated the whole breakpoint map into its error, so a
typo produced a wall of `(xs: 0, sm: 576px, ...)` instead of the list of names
you can choose from.

`_containers.scss` reached its sibling as `../layout/breakpoints` while
`_grid.scss` next to it uses `breakpoints`.
