* chore(Config): remove $enable-container-queries

The flag gated the experimental `cq-*` grid, which v6 removed along with its
map and its mixin. It has been sitting in `_config.scss` as a variable that is
accepted and does nothing, for one reason only: the shared docs engine named it
in a `@use ... with ()` block for every edition, and `with ()` is a hard error
on a variable the module does not declare — so removing it broke the docs
build rather than the flag.

astro-docs 0.1.8 moves that block behind a `libraryConfig` option, so the docs
project supplies its own. v6's omits the flag, and the variable and its
deprecation shim go with it.

Requires @coreui/astro-docs >= 0.1.8; the pin moves with this change.
