Commit Message

refactor(fc): centralize factory reset and reconnect workflow

Add a FlightController operation that resets all parameters to defaults and
reconnects only when the reset command succeeds.

Reuse it in project creation and compare-and-upload flows while leaving their
project-specific backup, parameter refresh, and UI handling at the caller.
