test(parameter editor): raise data_model_parameter_editor coverage to 96%

The data model was at 79% coverage, the lowest of the non-WIP modules
outside plugins and log_analysis.

Add 106 behaviour tests covering the flight log download guards, the
configuration step numbering, the documentation links and tooltips, the
in-place vehicle components sync, the plugin condition evaluation, the
log analysis snapshot, the OS specific file explorer calls, the forum
help zip, the parameter add rules, the bulk add feedback branches, the
unsaved changes prompts, the FC value copy edge cases, the FC parameter
diff export, the file change workflow and the derived parameter patching.
