Match only canonical recording names when purging (#28)

isRecorderFile accepted any name starting with rt<episode>_ and ending in
.mp3, so an unrelated file such as records/100/rt100_notes.mp3 was deleted
once it aged past the retention cutoff, despite the comment promising only
recorder-managed files are touched.

Parse the full timestamp against the layout shared with RecordingFileName
and require the exact lowercase extension, so only names the recorder
itself produces are eligible. Legacy files with a malformed timestamp are
no longer purged.
