feat(exports): add XLSX exports

* Adds XLSX endpoints wherever CSV exports are available.
* Reuses existing CSV serializers to have identical export content.
* Integrates https://github.com/rero/rero-invenio-base/pull/38
* Adds shared and export-specific SpreadsheetML templates.
* Exports variable statistics reports as raw cells.
* Closes #4168
