fix: name the zig minor line rather than the rolling formula

The repin moved ZIG_FORMULA from zig@0.15 to zig, which quietly traded a pinned
toolchain for a rolling one: zig@0.15 is a real versioned formula fixed at 0.15.2,
while `zig` tracks current. With GHOSTTY_REV pinned, a fresh build once 0.17 is
current would compile a fixed Ghostty revision with a compiler it never supported,
and nothing in the repository would explain the failure.

zig@0.16 is still an alias for `zig` today, so this changes nothing about what gets
installed. It claims the name Homebrew uses when it cuts the real versioned formula,
as it already has for zig@0.15 and zig@0.14.

The build stamp stays about the Ghostty revision. Xcode and bottle revisions already
rule out byte-for-byte reproducibility, so pinning the minor line is enough to keep
fresh builds compatible without making the stamp a toolchain manifest.
