fix: skip quit prompt for system exits

system shutdown, restart, and logout already have user intent. Bypass the
blocking alert so applicationWillTerminate can capture commands and flush
window and settings state.

host-free tests cover the raw quit-reason classifier. Delivery of the Apple
event before applicationShouldTerminate remains a manual check.
