chore: decode driver protocol messages with encoding/json (#636)

transport.go was the last place still parsing the driver protocol with
github.com/go-jose/go-jose/v3/json, a vendored fork of Go 1.6's
encoding/json that ships inside a JOSE crypto library; every other file
already uses the standard library. Switching pipeTransport over drops the
go-jose/v3 dependency (and golang.org/x/crypto with it) and decodes the
driver's messages ~20% faster at an identical allocation count.

The fork differs from the stdlib in rejecting duplicate object keys and in
matching struct fields case-sensitively. Neither applies here: the driver
never emits duplicate keys, the only struct we decode is `message`, and the
other clients all use last-wins parsers.
