fix(documents): invalidate permissions cache

* Invalidates cached document permissions after a holding is deleted.
* Ensures the document delete status reflects the current holdings
  without waiting for the 10sec cache to expire.
* Relates to: https://github.com/rero/rero-ils-ui/pull/1503
* Closes #2979
