feat: add native STM32Cube HAL (Stm32CubeHal) (#190)

Add a native STM32Cube HAL so JLed can drive LEDs directly on top of
the STM32Cube HAL (TIM PWM + HAL_GetTick), without the mbed layer.
jled.h auto-selects Stm32CubeHal on STM32Cube builds. PWM duty scales
to the timer's period, and LowActive() uses the timer's hardware
polarity register for inversion.

Add examples/stm32cube_demo, a Nucleo-F401RE project generated with
CubeMX, driven by JLed. Host unit tests cover the new HAL against a
mocked STM32Cube API.

Fix the CI pipeline so stm32cube_demo and mbed_demo compile: these two
demos are single-target examples, not built for every board like the
rest, and are now handled explicitly in the examples matrix.
