build: drop stale integrity-sharp projects from the solution (#21)

The solution still listed Unity.Client, Unity.Models and Unity.Tests at the
pre-extraction location inside the WordPress plugin checkout:

    ..\..\..\Users\David\Local Sites\unity-dev\app\public\wp-content\plugins\
    integrity\client\sharp\

That copy is still on disk, so opening the solution restored and built the old
client sources alongside the Integrity.Client package that Unity.Intergroup now
references. Nothing referenced them, so they could not shadow the package, but it
made the IDE do markedly different work from the command line and CI — which is
where several confusing failures came from.

Removed with `dotnet sln remove`, so the project entries and their
ProjectConfigurationPlatforms sections both go. A full solution restore now
resolves only the two projects in this repository.
