fix: give ApplicationDisplayVersion a single value across target frameworks (#20)

Restoring in Visual Studio failed with NU1105: "The property PackageVersion was
expected to have a single value across all target frameworks, but instead had the
following values: 1.0.0, 1.0.26".

ApplicationDisplayVersion feeds PackageVersion. It defaulted to 1.0 and was
overridden to 1.0.26 in eight per-Configuration/TargetFramework/Platform groups
that all tested Platform=='AnyCPU'. Visual Studio evaluates with the solution
platform 'Any CPU' — with a space — so every condition missed and the 1.0 default
applied, while other evaluations got 1.0.26. Command-line builds never hit this,
because there Platform defaults to the 'AnyCPU' the project declares, which is why
CI stayed green throughout.

Set it unconditionally to 1.0.26 (the value every configured combination already
produced) and drop the eight groups that carried nothing else; the
Release|net9.0-android group keeps its remaining properties. Verified by
evaluating PackageVersion over all four target frameworks x Debug/Release x
AnyCPU/'Any CPU': previously 1.0.26 or 1.0 depending on the platform spelling, now
1.0.26 for all sixteen. A full multi-target restore with Platform='Any CPU' now
succeeds, and the Android head still builds.

Note Visual Studio's project-properties version editor is what writes those
per-configuration groups; editing the version through that UI will reintroduce the
split. There is a comment in the csproj to that effect.
