MB-72376: Introducing New Geo-Shape Indexes (#2357)

- Added support for indexing and querying geo-shape index section
- Added new field type for geoshape_v2 which follows the same structure
as geoshape
- Updated geopoint related shapes to adhere to v2 interfaces
- Added the 4 types of queries, cell related operations and evaluators
to geov2 package
- Added a new searcher for geoshape_v2 which uses a constant scorer
- Added a query type to invoke the new searcher. The difference will be
instead of "geometry", it will require "geometry_v2"
- Added relevant tests for everything
