Run CI on pull requests (#59)

The workflow only triggered on push to main and pinned the checkout to ref: main, so no pull request ever got a status - contributors had no automated feedback and a broken merge conflict resolution would only surface after landing.

Secrets are not exposed to fork pull requests, so the SonarCloud and Coveralls steps are now separate and skip themselves when their token is absent instead of failing the run.
