docs: fix the soc-usage examples, which are rejected by the schema (#2403)

soc-usage (like soc-gain) is a list of usage components that add up, so
each element must itself be a variable quantity. The shared-storage
tutorial and the API notation reference both showed a flat list of
time-range segments instead, which fails validation:

  {'soc-usage': {0: ['Dictionary provided but `sensor` key not found.'],
                 1: [...], 2: [...]}}

Nest the tutorial's usage series one level deeper (in all three tabs),
and note why. In the notation reference, illustrate "a variable quantity
defined for specific time ranges" with soc-minima, which really is a
single variable quantity, and describe the list-of-components fields
separately.

Verified against the schema: the old form raises, the new forms load.
