Install exact bundler/trilogy versions from Gemfile.lock, not latest

The unpinned `gem install bundler`/`gem install trilogy` could fetch a
different version than Gemfile.lock's BUNDLED WITH / locked trilogy
version, meaning bundle install would then resolve and compile a
second, different version -- wasted work, worst for trilogy's native
extension. mo_gem_install_locked reads the exact versions Gemfile.lock
expects and installs those, so bundle install finds them already
satisfied.
