test: check the manager contract against the three backends

Each implementation was tested on its own, which is how they came to
disagree. The batch revocation returned nothing and skipped half the
tokens through the object manager while the DBAL one was right, and
deleting a token that was not stored reported a row deleted with the ODM
and none with the ORM.

The contract uses RefreshTokenManagerInterface alone, so a test case
takes it by naming the manager to run it against. Reverting either fix
now fails the ORM case.
