fix: list the revoked tokens only when asked

A run clearing a backlog revokes thousands of them, and printing every
one buries the line saying how many. The count is always reported, the
list needs -v.

Reported in #428, along with the batch revocation returning nothing and
clearing one batch per run, both fixed earlier today.
