docs(DatePicker, DateRangePicker): correct the todayButton API rows (#670)

`todayButton` was documented as `string`, so there was no way to tell from the
docs that it also takes `false` to hide the button — which is what the code has
always accepted (`DefaultType: '(boolean|string)'`, the same as `cancelButton`
and `confirmButton`, whose rows were already right). A customer read the table,
concluded the button could not be hidden, and reported it as a bug.

`todayButtonClasses` also listed a stale default: `['btn', 'btn-sm', 'me-2']`
instead of `['btn', 'btn-sm', 'btn-primary', 'me-auto']`.
