fix: keep borrower profile comment avatar circular when team name wraps (#7124)

* fix: keep comment avatar circular when team name wraps

The avatar wrapper is a flex item with a fixed size but no shrink
override, so a wrapping team name compressed its width while the height
held, rendering the circle as an oval. Add tw-shrink-0.

Also replace tw-align-center, which is not a Tailwind class and was a
no-op, with tw-items-start on the row and tw-items-center on the avatar
circles, and drop the classes that were compensating for it.

* docs(storybook): fix comment author fixtures and story coverage

Reshape the comment fixtures from deprecated schema fields to the nested
author the components read, so names, teams and avatars render. Add a
LongTeamName story and a #teleports container for lightboxes.

Drop AdminWithDeleteButton and WithSubscribeToggle, which passed props
CommentsAndWhySpecial does not declare; replace with LoggedIn.
