fix(mail): don't HTML-escape the referenced item subject in chat text emails

The text/plain chat notification template rendered the referenced item subject
with Blade {{ }}, which runs htmlspecialchars — turning a real apostrophe in a
subject (e.g. "Lavazza 'Jolie'") into ' in the text/plain MIME part. That
HTML entity in a plain-text body trips rspamd's default rules on the recipient
side (e.g. TrashNothing), spam-binning otherwise-legitimate FD emails. Render
the refMessage subject with {!! !!} like the other subject/text lines in the
same template, so text/plain carries the literal character.

Reported 2026-07-26 (Lavazza A Modo Mio 'Jolie' chat notification).
