fix: validate live production route schema literals as JSON on host (#1072)

- add test_route_schema_literals_live.c: drives bb_storage_http_routes_init()
  and bb_storage_http_factory_reset_routes_init() (the real, host-compiled
  production route init fns) to register REAL descriptors into the shared
  route registry, then cJSON_Parse()s every non-NULL schema/request_schema
  literal -- catching the class of defect where a malformed hand-authored
  schema silently produces malformed /api/openapi.json at runtime
- assert a non-zero registered route count so the test can never silently
  pass against an empty registry
- add a negative test proving the walker actually catches a malformed
  literal, using a fixture local to the test file only
- register all three new test functions with RUN_TEST in test_main.c
