chore: delete bb_json component, tree emitter, and arduino/host_tools consumers (#1071)

- deletes components/bb_json/ (CMakeLists.txt, include/bb_json.h, the orphaned
  duplicate test/test_bb_json.c), platform/espidf/bb_json/bb_json_cjson.c, and
  platform/host/bb_json/ (bb_json_cjson.c symlink + bb_json_test_hooks.h)
- deletes the host-only openapi tree emitter (platform/host/bb_openapi/
  bb_openapi_emit_tree.c + _priv.h) now that the stream emitter has full
  parity (B1-1054 PR 1-5)
- deletes test/test_host/test_bb_json.c, test_bb_http_send_json.c, and
  test_openapi_emit_equivalence.c (equivalence harness has no more tree
  emitter to compare against)
- excises the tests retained only to cover the tree emitter until this PR:
  19 test_openapi_emit_oom_* fault-injection tests plus defaults/null-meta
  fixtures in test_openapi_emit.c; the 3 oneof OOM tests plus
  no_sse_topic_no_oneof and oneof_fragment_overflow/long_name_truncation in
  test_sse_schema_fidelity.c; the two bb_json_obj_set_raw tests in
  test_route_schemas.c
- repoints test_openapi_emit_invalid_method_defaults_to_get at a local
  one-entry fixture now that s_oom_responses is gone
- adds test_sse_schema_oneof_fragment_long_name_truncation_omits_content_stream
  to keep build_sse_oneof_fragment()'s ref_n-overflow branch
  (bb_openapi_emit_shared.c, shared by both emitters) covered now that its
  tree-path counterpart is gone
- drops the dead bb_json.h include from test_bb_ota_check.c
- prunes the bb_json raw-allocator allowlist entries in bbtool.toml and the
  bb_json fence baseline entry (via --update-baseline)
- regenerates components/README.md

- deletes platform/arduino/bb_json/bb_json_arduinojson.cpp (the ArduinoJson
  backend, zero callers now that components/bb_json/include is gone)
- deletes host_tools/emit_openapi/ entirely -- broken since #937/B1-1207
  (missing bb_str/bb_core deps), wired into no Makefile target or CI job,
  and its only reason to exist was driving the tree... (continued)
