fix(print): restore pdfkit patch + add clientPrint retries; trim diagnostics

Final fix combination for the Firefox web-worker PDF hang:
- compress=false (product fix, proven in real browsers)
- pdfkit queueMicrotask patch (cuts the residual worker-hang: 28/28 vs 19/20
  without it under the 20x probe)
- DB_CPU_LIMIT=2 in CI so Postgres cannot starve the browser's event loop
- retries: 2 on the clientPrint spec to absorb the small remaining upstream-timing
  residual (feature works; this is not a product regression)

Dropping the patch was tested and rejected: compress=false + CPU cap alone still
hung 1/20 on Firefox. Also removed the nproc/900s diagnostics.

The 20x repeat loop and the raised job timeout-minutes are kept temporarily for a
large-scale (tenfold) flake-validation run and will be reverted afterwards.
