test: remove pdfkit patch and re-enable compression (CPU-cap-only experiment)

Experiment: with DB_CPU_LIMIT lowered so the browser is no longer CPU-starved,
test whether stock pdfkit with compression enabled completes reliably - i.e.
whether the CI CPU cap alone fixes the Firefox worker hang, making both app-side
workarounds (the queueMicrotask patch and compress=false) unnecessary.

If the 20x probe stays green, this is the final state (minus the diagnostics):
a one-line CI change, stock pdfkit, compression on. If it hangs, restore the
patch + compress=false.
