refactor: rename bb_sensors component to bb_sensor_http (it is the /api/sensors route aggregator, not a reader) (#1016)

- git mv components/bb_sensors -> components/bb_sensor_http and platform/espidf/bb_sensors -> platform/espidf/bb_sensor_http, renaming every bb_sensors_* file to bb_sensor_http_*
- rename all bb_sensors_* public/private symbols to bb_sensor_http_* (init, bind_and_register, wire descs, gather/apply hooks, wire structs)
- rename test/test_host/test_bb_sensors.c -> test_bb_sensor_http.c and its test_bb_sensors_* functions to test_bb_sensor_http_*
- update bbtool.toml component lists, components/README.md index, and prose references in bb_fan/Kconfig, bb_thermal, bb_http_section.h, test_bb_http_section.c
- endpoint path /api/sensors/* and all wire behavior are byte-identical; this PR renames the component only
- the bb_thermal dependency stays as-is -- a thermal merge into this component is a separate follow-up PR
- fence's new_component rename detection recognized the dir rename cleanly (no --approve, no baseline edit)
