chore(core): Name buffer constant, tighten ComponentMeta constraint, doc fixes

Addresses issue #1051 cleanups:
- SaveFileFormat: name the 81920 copy-buffer magic number (CopyBufferSize const)
- World.Entities: extract shared Get/GetReadonly validation into
  ValidateComponentAccess<T> (void helper, keeps ref returns clean)
- ComponentMeta<T>: tighten constraint to struct, IComponent
- DeltaRestorer.ApplyDelta: document the lenient (skip-on-unresolvable)
  contract in XML remarks
- World event subscribe/AddSystemHook: add uniform dispose remark
- NavMeshObstacle.CarvingMoveThreshold: doc says distance, not time
