emit: recursive --subscripts tree dump (#6)

`scriptbox emit --subscripts` now walks the whole reachable tree instead of
rejecting the flag: the script, then every resolvable `source` include and
shell child, recursively, each under a `# ==> <path>` header with the `$0`
rewrite applied. Cycle- and depth-guarded (CAP 64); dynamic or immune-
interpreter sites become `# ==> ... (not descended)` notes rather than being
silently dropped. Because the tree structure lives in the headers, this is an
inspection dump, not a single runnable script.

The tree walk and its `Child`/`child_scripts` support are behind the
`subscripts` feature; the lean build cleanly bails with a feature hint. Adds
emit-tree unit tests (tree, cycle, dynamic-site) and a compat-suite check that
`emit --subscripts=freeze` dumps a literal-path parent plus its sourced child.
