emit: honor --argv0/frontmatter, reject --subscripts, add a test suite (#5)

emit accepted --subscripts but silently ignored it (the wrapping rewrites children
into `source /dev/fd/N` backed by held runtime fds - meaningless in a static dump).
It now refuses --subscripts with a message pointing at `--subscripts=report`, so the
flag's behavior on emit is well-defined rather than a silent no-op. --argv0 (all
modes), frontmatter argv0, and interpreter resolution already worked; added tests
covering all of it:

- rewrite applied (BASH_ARGV0 joined onto the first body line)
- --argv0 off/source serve verbatim
- no-shebang joins onto line 1
- interpreter resolved from the shebang (zsh -> 0=)
- --subscripts is rejected
