release: enable Homebrew tap + distribution docs

Turn on the tap (jhheider/homebrew-tap, Formula/scriptbox.rb) and bundle
README + licenses into each archive; crates.io stays deferred. Rewrite the
README Install section for the real channels: brew, the heider.cc curl
installer, prebuilt release binaries, and cargo-from-git.
