Update component class defaults and markup to use shared ui-* modifier
classes from Corex Design utilities instead of per-component BEM variants.

Without controlled, assign-only filtering leaves disallowed tags in the Zag machine. Push the allow-list result back so the validation pattern matches the Wallaby assertion.

Drop OTP-release + only: [:dev, :test] gating so path-dep corex_design
gets json_polyfill on OTP 26. Installer also adds the dep when --design.
