* feat(forms): controlled select/radio/switch/checkbox and hook updates

Limit form_field controlled mode to select, radio, switch, and checkbox;
update Zag hooks, read-props, and built assets to match.

* fix(ci): typecheck and unit tests for controlled form fields

Drop subclass unsubscribe overrides that clash with Component, type
combobox items as ComboboxItem, rename signature-pad destroy flag, emit
controlled on generated selects, and revert premature MCP tableau/lazy tests.

* fix(ci): keep signature draw-end pushEvent; Prettier assets

Remove isDestroyed early-return that dropped onDrawEnd after LiveView
form sync remounted the hook. Format tree-view, read-props, and marquee test.

* fix(ci): rebuild priv/static so signature draw-end fires

E2E loads shipped signature-pad.mjs, which still short-circuited on
hook.destroyed (LiveView method, always truthy). Rebuild from current source.
