feat: Domains API (CRUD, verify, zone file) (#7)

Adds create_domain, list_domains(_page), get_domain, update_domain,
delete_domain, verify_domain, and get_domain_zone_file. Domain/VerificationRecord
carry the DNS records to publish; get_domain_zone_file uses a new request_text
seam (shared execute) for the plain-text zone-file endpoint. 3 wiremock tests.
