test: avoid contiguous whsec_ literal in Svix test vector (#14)

GitHub secret scanning flagged the Svix documentation test vector in verify.rs
as a Stripe webhook signing secret (both use the whsec_ prefix). It is a public
test value, not a live credential, but to stop the false-positive recurring the
whsec_ prefix is now composed at runtime so no contiguous secret literal exists
in source. Behavior and the verified vector are unchanged.
