fix: dedup backlog get items resolved from id + alias (#179)

- backlog get <id> <alias-of-id> rendered the same item twice, since
  query.Get's underlying backlog.GetItems independently resolves each
  requested string to its canonical id
- dedup the pre-screening pass in runBacklogGet by resolved canonical
  id, preserving first-seen order, before forwarding to query.Get
