refactor: replace query.Result []any unions with typed carriers (#176)

- internal/query/result.go: DocResult/ItemResult replace the []any Docs/ItemsJSON unions, each embedding the domain type plus an omitempty edges sidecar
- internal/query/get.go: construction sites build the typed carriers directly instead of appending interface values
- internal/cli/kb_get.go, internal/cli/backlog_get.go: consumers use the typed fields directly instead of type-switching
- byte-identical JSON on both the MCP wire (jsonResultV2) and CLI --json paths (verified via golden-JSON diff, both plain and verbose/edges cases)
