test(host): cover cursor+generic stubs + host.Adapter signpost (MC-35) (#18)

- add host/cursor and host/generic unit tests exercising Name()/Transport() and satisfying host.Adapter, bringing both packages from 0.0% to 100.0% coverage

- add a godoc signpost on host.Adapter noting the cursor/generic stubs are minimal placeholders and the real Claude Code integration lives in host/claudecode via claudecode.NewProvider
