feat(examples): standard-binary example (MC-34) (#17)

Add examples/server, a runnable example assembling mcpkit's standard
command set: a stdio/HTTP-selectable server command (MC-31 transport
selection) plus the Claude Code host's claude hooks/claude statusline
subtrees, mounted onto one cobra root via cli.MountProviders (MC-30
unified mount). Closes the audit's "no CLI example / no Claude Code
example" onboarding gap; MC-32's README quickstart lifts from this.

Also widens seam-check's cobra allowlist to include examples/. The
seam's documented intent is keeping cobra out of the cobra-free core;
examples/ is sample consumer code, not core, and real consumers (e.g.
ouroboros internal/cli) import cobra by design. cli.MountProviders and
cli.ServerCmd require a *cobra.Command root, so this example cannot
demonstrate the real consumer pattern without importing cobra itself.
The allowlist simply never contemplated example code — a correction,
not a weakening.
