refactor(cli): move statusline to claude statusline, adopt termenv (OU-272) (#142)

- bump mcpkit pin to 2b413af (host/claudecode/statusline + termenv renderer)
- add internal/cli/claude_statusline.go: StatuslineProvider building the
  same KB/backlog line as Segments, rendered via termenv instead of raw ANSI
- mount statusline.Command under the existing claude namespace alongside
  hooks (claudeHooksProvider renamed claudeProvider); remove the top-level
  ouroboros statusline command and its raw-ANSI formatters
- drop --json/--project flags (mcpkit's Command factory exposes only
  --plain; project now derives from the Claude Code cwd payload via the
  shared projectFromPath helper) and OUROBOROS_NO_COLOR (termenv honors
  standard NO_COLOR; --plain covers explicit opt-out)
- consumers (ccstatusline) must repoint from `ouroboros statusline` to
  `ouroboros claude statusline` — deliberate breaking rename
